Boston, Round II

Howdy everybody!

I recently went to Boston to celebrate the 21st birthday of one of my interns, Nicole.

It was a pretty good time, except Nicole and another intern Alicia went to the Tim McGraw/Faith Hill concert that night, leaving myself, Jess (another intern) and Greg (Nic's friend) to meet Marge (Greg and Nic's friend) for dinner. After walking forever we met Marge and went to the Cheesecake Factory.

Terrific dinner, I have a pic of my plate on facebook, for those of you with access.

For the record, Kristen Margeson is one of the most beautiful/funny/fun girls I have EVER met, but that is completely besides the point.

At dinner, we toasted Nic and the waiter got some other servers to sing happy birthday to Nic over the phone. Nic had no idea what was going on. After dinner we met Nic at a bar near where the concert wa, and she and Alicia were TRASHED.

It was a fun night at the bar, everyone drank, and eventually, Nic was kicked out of the bar.

We went back to the hotel, and Nic and Alicia passed out in the bathroom for a while. A long while.

When I had to to go to the bathroom, I grabbed another interns friend (Steph) and hid behind a tree in the front of the hotel to pee while Steph stood gaurd.

Eventually, I passed out on the floor alone, while Nic passed out on the floor in front of the door (after being MADE to pull up her pants by Greg) barring exit from the room, and Alicia crawled into bed with Jess while Greg slept in the middle of his bed (keeping me from claiming half of it).

The other intern, Meg C (BADASS MC) slept in my pants and shirt, only leaving my pants behind. YOU STILL HAVE MY SHIRT BAMC, GIVE IT BACK!

I took over 100 pictures.

It was a good time.

Meow.

The three best performances, all time. (Drunk)

I don't go see movies often, and I generally won't watch a new movie unless a buddy makes me.

All time, my favorite movies include: Swingers, Baseketball, Braveheart and the Matrix.

If I had to name the three best performances all time:

#1. Jon Favreau in SWINGERS. Mikey spoke to me, made me feel o.k. to be awkward around women, made me realize that someday I'd get the girl I'm looking for.
#2. John Cusak, High Fidelity. Can't say why, but this movie just kills me. Likely because I've felt like I'm in the "what does it all mean, hash it out phase."
#3. Keanu Reeves, the Matrix. "Woah." Not the first time he said it (not by a long shot), but the first time I belived it.

Honorable mention: Will Ferrell as FRANK the TANK and ELF. Two great movies, the only Ferrell roles that didn't make me want to club baby animals.

Also honorable mention: The guy who played Treveylain (spelling is probably wrong) and Boromir in the "The Fellowship of the Ring".

Don't you judge me, I rule you!

Living it up, Massachusetts style

Hey all, DooHow pointed out the fact that I haven't upadated my blog in a while.

Honestly, not a lot has happened lately.

Until today.

I work a lot.

My fellow interns don't invite me to parties, because they're girls looking to hook-up with players.

I have a lot of theories that I'd like to throw up here, but I HATE throwing up a position that I'm not entirely behind.

I guess I will tonight, because my 4 loyal readers DESERVE to have something to distract them at work.
